1. Who we are
The site expresasig.md is operated by BROKER DE ASIGURARE - REASIGURARE CMR IDEAL BROKER S.R.L. (Expres Asig), IDNO 1021600040802, MD-2012, Chișinău, 12 Tighina St., an insurance broker licensed by CNPF no. 000949 of 17.02.2022, supervised by the National Bank of Moldova. We are an intermediary: we are not an insurer and issue no policies in our own name — we intermediate them from insurance companies licensed in the Republic of Moldova.
2. What the site does
- The calculators show the reference premium for RCA and Green Card, computed from the NBM Decision in force (no. 234 of 08.10.2025, in force from 25.11.2025), and indicative estimates for travel and CASCO on partner insurers' grids. The calculation is informative and is not a contractual offer.
- An order sent from the site is a request for intermediation. The final premium may differ from the reference one depending on the insurer's commercial policy (partial liberalisation since 2025) and on the actual bonus-malus class in the RCA Data system. We confirm the exact price before payment; you are under no obligation to proceed.
- Offer requests (home, business) are free and non-binding.
3. The intermediation mandate
By sending an order you mandate us, free of charge, to request offers and intermediate the conclusion of the insurance contract with the insurer you choose. The broker's remuneration is paid by the insurer (intermediation commission) and is not added to the premium. On request we tell you the amount of the commission.
4. Policy issue, payment, validity
- RCA and Green Card policies are issued electronically and registered in the NBM RCA Data system; they have full legal force (Law 106/2022, Law 284/2004 on electronic documents). You can verify them at rca.bnm.md.
- Payment is made in lei, by card (payment link), bank transfer or at our office. For Green Card, the premium in euro is converted at the official NBM rate on the issue date.
- The policy takes effect from the date and time stated in it, after the premium is paid. The validity period is the one chosen at order.
- Cancellation and premium refunds follow the law and the insurance contract; Green Card policies under 30 days cannot be cancelled once in force.
5. Your obligations
To provide accurate and complete data about the vehicle, drivers and claims history. Inaccurate statements may void the policy or lead the insurer to refuse compensation (Law 106/2022). To use the site for legitimate purposes; abusive automated access, attempts to bypass protections and entering false data are not permitted.
6. Liability
We take every care that the tariffs shown are the official, current ones; they are taken from the decisions published by the NBM and verified automatically. We are not liable for differences arising from insurers' commercial policy, the actual bonus-malus class or data entered incorrectly. The insurance contract is concluded between you and the insurer; compensation obligations belong to the insurer, and we assist you with the claim file.
7. Complaints
Complaints are filed as described on the Complaints page; we reply in writing within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may address the National Bank of Moldova or the courts.
8. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, drawn up under Law no. 195/2024.
9. Intellectual property and applicable law
The site's content (texts, design, code) belongs to BROKER DE ASIGURARE - REASIGURARE CMR IDEAL BROKER S.R.L. or is used under licence. Tariffs and quoted legal texts belong to the issuing authorities. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova; disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts in Chișinău.
