Is the electronic policy valid?
Yes. RCA and Green Card policies are issued electronically and registered in the NBM RCA Data system. Police check them by plate number; no paper needed.
Why do prices differ between insurers?
Since 2025 insurers may apply their own commercial policy starting from the NBM reference premium. The calculator shows the reference premium; at order we present the concrete offers.
What is the bonus-malus class and where do I find it?
It is your claims history: you start in class 7 (coefficient 1.00); each year without an at-fault claim moves you up a class (−5 %), up to class 17 (−50 %). Check it free at rca.bnm.md.
How long until I get the policy?
During working hours, usually the same day, often within minutes after payment is confirmed.
