Your personal data rights
Law no. 195/2024 gives you concrete rights over the data we process. Exercise them free of charge through the form below; we reply within one month (art. 12 (3)).
Access (art. 15)
Find out whether we process data about you, which, for what purpose, to whom we sent it and how long we keep it — plus a copy.
Rectification (art. 16)
We correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data.
Erasure (art. 17)
We delete data when no longer needed, when you withdraw consent or object — except what the law obliges us to keep (issued policies, accounting documents).
Restriction (art. 18)
We block processing while a dispute is checked or when data is inaccurate.
Portability (art. 20)
You receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used format, or we transmit it to another controller.
Objection (art. 21)
You object to processing based on legitimate interest and, at any time, to direct marketing.
Withdrawing consent (art. 7 (3))
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing done before.
Complaint to CNPDCP
You have the right to address the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md) and the courts.
